Westerlo has reached an agreement with Amiens for the transfer of 22-year-old Ivorian defensive midfielder Ibrahim Fofana. Over the past two seasons for the French club, Fofana played 57 matches in Ligue 2, scoring one goal and providing two assists. His contract with Amiens was due to expire on June 30, 2027, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €3.00m. Fofana has also been capped three times by the Ivory Coast U23 team.
