Aris is interested in signing Gonzalo Maroni, a 26-year-old attacking midfielder from Boca Juniors who also holds an Italian passport. According to Uriel Lugt, the Greek club is pursuing a loan deal that includes a purchase option for the player. Maroni, who has made 42 appearances for Boca, recently returned from a loan at Newell's Old Boys and has previously had loan spells at clubs such as Tigre, San Lorenzo, Atlas, Talleres, and Sampdoria.
