Giuseppe Ambrosino leaving Napoli?
Ambrosino could leave Napoli in January. Giovanni Manna stated that young players such as Ambrosino need to play, and discussions will take place with Conte regarding their future.
Il Mattino reports that Giovanni Manna will listen to offers for Ambrosino in January.
According to Tuttomercato, Ambrosino is one of the main candidates to leave Napoli due to limited playing time. His future is connected to that of Lorenzo Lucca, and if Lucca leaves, Ambrosino could stay until June. The summer transfer window will decide his future.
Napoli will allow Giuseppe Ambrosino to leave the club on loan in January following interest from Celtic this summer. The Italy U21 striker was linked with a move to Celtic Park earlier this year, and a temporary mid-season exit is a possibility. Napoli is happy for Ambrosino to depart on loan in order to bolster his development, as Romelu Lukaku is close to returning to full fitness. Lukaku will compete with summer signings Rasmus Hojlund and Lorenzo Lucca for a starting position at Napoli in the New Year. The 22-year-old has made two appearances in Serie A this season. He joined Napoli in July 2022, and his current contract runs until 2030. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €2.50m.
