Napoli's 22-year-old Italian striker, Giuseppe Ambrosino, who reportedly was the subject of a loan enquiry from Celtic back in July, is expected to attract interest from clubs during the January window. Despite having signed a long-term contract until 2030 in October, sources in Italy state that manager Antonio Conte will permit the forward to go out on loan next month as Romelu Lukaku is close to returning to action. Fellow Serie A side Pisa are said to be keen on Ambrosino, and several clubs in Italy's second tier, including Sampdoria, are also rumoured to be interested. The Italy U21 international has 11 caps and 2 goals, has made 2 appearances in Serie A this season without scoring and has a current market value of €2.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
