Gino Infantino has joined Argentinos Juniors on loan from Fiorentina for the 2026 campaign. The move was prompted by a lack of consistent playing time at the Italian club and previously at Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates. Fiorentina holds Infantino's contract until June 2028 and has agreed to a deal that gives Argentinos Juniors a purchase option at the end of the loan term. The value of this option has not yet been communicated.
