Borussia Dortmund is described as the most determined to invest in the player, who was previously very close to moving to Stuttgart last summer. Juventus has also begun pursuing Konstantelias and is monitoring him closely, having attended his games, including one against Chelsea. The club considers him an important player for the future, but has for now filled the position by acquiring Kerim Alajbegovic. Nevertheless, Konstantelias remains one of the players being closely monitored by the Italian team. The Greek international, who has 18 caps and 4 goals, is under contract with PAOK until 2029 and has a current market value of €22.00m, according to Transfermarkt. PAOK reportedly set an asking price of over €30 million in May 2026, after rejecting a reported €17.5 million offer from Salzburg in March 2026.
