Brazilian club Vasco da Gama is interested in Fred, a 33-year-old midfielder for Fenerbahçe. Fenerbahçe is seeking to transfer some players due to the foreign player rule, acting on a list provided by manager İsmail Kartal. The Brazilian midfielder could agree to a salary reduction to enable the transfer. Fred joined the Turkish club in August 2023 and has a contract until June 2027. His current market value is €4.50m, according to Transfermarkt. The 32-cap Brazil international has also been linked with other clubs in his home country, including Atlético Mineiro and Flamengo.
