Cremonese has shown interest in signing Catanzaro's 29-year-old Italian striker Filippo Pittarello and is making a significant effort to acquire him, challenging Pisa, who are still considered to be in the leading position for his signature. According to information gathered by TMW, Pisa needs to improve its offer to reach an agreement. Catanzaro is demanding a fee of more than €2 million for the forward, whose contract expires on June 30th. Pisa is reportedly aiming to leverage the contract's short duration in negotiations, although there is an option for a one-year extension. Reports in August 2026 stated Catanzaro's valuation is approximately €2.5 million. Pittarello joined the club in July 2025 for a reported fee of €600,000, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €1.00m.
