According to a list provided by coach Vincenzo Italiano, Felix Uduokhai, a 28-year-old German-Nigerian defender, is not in Beşiktaş's plans for the upcoming season. It is reported that interest in the player from Europe is increasing, and that Espanyol has joined Werder Bremen and Schalke 04 in adding the centre-back to their transfer lists. The Beşiktaş management is said to be unwilling to take a significant loss on the player's sale and will sanction his departure if a satisfactory offer is made.
