Pisa has submitted a formal proposal of six million euros net to purchase 70% of the rights for Felipe Loyola, a central midfielder for Independiente. This offer is considered higher than a previous one made by Santos from Brazil, and the figures are close to what the Independiente board is seeking. Despite manager Gustavo Quinteros's efforts to retain him, Felipe Loyola is expected to move to Europe once details regarding a future sale percentage are resolved.
