Venezia are targeting 23-year-old Algerian winger Fares Ghedjemis as part of a £13million spending spree if they make a successful return to Serie A. Frosinone may look to cash in on their star man if they fail to win promotion back to Serie A after two years out of the top tier. His agent Fabrizio Ferrari did however leave the door open to an exit in the summer. Ghedjemis, who joined Frosinone in January 2024, has scored 12 goals and provided 3 assists in 33 Serie B appearances this season. His contract runs until 2028, his current market value is €5.50m according to Transfermarkt, and he has one cap and one goal for Algeria. Other clubs recently linked with him include Celtic, Atalanta, and Como.
