Zeballos, aged 23, has a contract with Boca Juniors that extends until December 31, 2026, and he is currently involved in the Club World Cup. Initially a regular starter, he has since seen a reduction in his playing time, managing to score two goals and provide two assists in 21 official matches, accumulating only 790 minutes. Due to the limited playing time, he is contemplating a departure. Transfer market expert Gianluca di Marzio noted that Sevilla's interest arises after Boca Juniors declined an offer from a Saudi Arabian club for Zeballos. Although Sevilla has shown interest, Zeballos also has potential prospects with an Italian club, which complicates his decision given his restricted playtime.
