Tuttomercato reports that defender Etienne Catena has been transferred to Pergolettese. The 22-year-old Italian-Ivorian defender has joined Pergolettese from Siracusa, which he joined in July 2025. In a note, the club confirmed the player is on a temporary loan contract until June 30, 2026. Catena has been capped once for Italy U18 and made four appearances for the Sicilian team in the first half of the season. He previously played 22 games for Virtus Verona in Serie C last season. His contract with Siracusa is valid until June 2027, and his market value on Transfermarkt is €150k.
