Endrick: Real Madrid Contract Extension
Endrick will be the new number 9 for Real Madrid in the 2025/26 season. Previously, he wore the number 16 in his first season with Real Madrid. Endrick lost some prominence towards the end of the season under Carlo Ancelotti, finishing with seven goals in 37 games. He missed the Club World Cup due to a muscle injury but hopes for more opportunities under coach Xabi Alonso.
Football insider Fabrizio Romano has reported that Real Madrid will not send Endrick on loan during the winter transfer window. 'No chance,' emphasized Romano about the 18-year-old Brazilian forward, who has made 19 appearances (315 minutes), scored four goals, and recorded one assist this season. Real's plan is for Endrick to develop with the first team under coach Carlo Ancelotti.
