Other foreign clubs have also shown interest in Eduardo Delmás, a 19-year-old Paraguayan attacking midfielder. Rodrigo Nogués, the president of Olimpia, stated in September that Delmás will not leave for less than 14 million and that the club wants to keep him at least until the next year's Copa Libertadores. Delmás' contract was extended in February with a high release clause. In August, Nogués said that Edu is an extraordinary player and that it will probably be the biggest sale in Olimpia's history. In the 2025/2026 domestic league season, Delmás made 30 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists. He has also been capped 7 times for the Paraguay U20 team, scoring 2 goals. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.2M. Boca Juniors has been among the clubs linked with him.
