Portland Hearts of Pine announced on Wednesday the acquisition of 25-year-old American forward Dylan Sing on a short-term loan from USL Championship side Indy Eleven. Sing, who will be available for selection against FC Naples on Friday night, began his professional career with Crown Legacy FC in MLS NEXT Pro after playing at Western Michigan University. He was the team's leading scorer for two seasons before joining Indy Eleven in December 2025, where he scored two goals in his first 10 appearances. The forward's contract with Indy Eleven expires on 30/11/2026, and his current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €75k. Head Coach Bobby Murphy stated that the club felt great about the signing, describing Sing as a young forward with the ability to score goals and adding that a recommendation from an individual named Alex prompted the club to conduct research before deciding it was important to bring him in. Sing stated that the fan atmosphere at Fitzpatrick stadium was a reason for his move and also expressed excitement about reuniting with Hunter Morse, a former college teammate.
