Both Cardiff City and Preston North End are interested in signing 24-year-old Dutch-Jamaican defender Denzel Hall this summer. Following Rotherham's relegation to League Two, the club is prepared to accept offers for the player, who is under contract until 2028. Hall, who can operate as a right-back or centre-back, is one of several players Cardiff is targeting, and the club is now considering increasing its efforts to sign him. Hall joined Rotherham in July 2025 and has been capped once for the Netherlands at U17 level. His current Transfermarkt market value is €550k.
