Demba Seck Transfer from Torino to Partizan
Demba Sek has arrived in Belgrade after extensive negotiations. He is the seventh player to join the black-and-white team during the summer transfer window. Sek plays as a right winger but can also fill in as a central forward if needed.
Belgrade media have reported that Demba Sek is set to join Partizan on a one-year loan from Torino. The 24-year-old forward from Senegal, who is 191 centimeters tall, is being added to enhance Partizan's offensive lineup. Sek, capable of playing both as a winger and a central forward, was acquired by Torino from SPAL in January 2022 for a fee of 3.6 million euros. Despite this, his time at Torino has not been successful, as he has participated in 39 matches without scoring any goals or providing assists. During his loan spell at Catanzaro last season, he managed to provide one assist in 18 appearances. It remains unclear whether Partizan has an option to buy his contract. Sek last found the net in Serie B for SPAL against Vicenza on September 21, 2021. In almost four years of professional play, he has notched zero goals and one assist in 67 matches, which amounts to over 2,000 minutes on the field.
