Al Sharjah from the United Arab Emirates was the latest club to make an offer for Demba Seck, a 25-year-old Senegalese winger. The proposed deal consisted of a €4,000,000 base fee plus €1,000,000 in potential bonuses. The management at Partizan rejected this proposal. It was reported that two other clubs from the same country also made similar offers for the player, but these were also considered insufficient. Partizan was apparently willing to sell Seck but sought an initial fee of at least €5,000,000, along with potential future bonuses and a sell-on clause; no club was prepared to pay this price. The transfer window in the UAE does not close until September 28, leaving theoretical time for a new offer, though it is considered unlikely that one will be made. Seck joined Partizan in July 2026 and has one cap for Senegal. His current market value is €2.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
