Darius Fălcușan, former captain of Romania's Under 19 national team, has been transferred to Universitatea Craiova. He was one of the most consistent players for Romania at the European Championship this summer, where the team reached the semifinals. This transfer was announced by Universitatea Craiova on their official Facebook page. The central defender, who previously played for Empoli, becomes the second signing of the day for the team, following the acquisition of Palestinian international Assad Al Hamlawi.
