Claudiu Tudor, the president of Petrolul Ploiești, stated that there is interest and many discussions regarding the 27-year-old English centre-forward Dan Nlundulu. Tudor said Petrolul does not want to sell any player in the winter but would consider a transfer only for an offer that cannot be refused. The intention is to keep the most wanted players until summer, or until the end of the 2026-2027 competition. Nlundulu joined Petrolul Ploiesti in July 2026, and his contract is valid until June 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is estimated to be €550K. He has previously represented England at the U16 level, where he earned 2 caps and scored 1 goal.
