Dalisson de Almeida Transfer from Pontevedra to Córdoba
Córdoba has confirmed the acquisition of the Hispanic-Brazilian forward Dalisson de Almeida, who played a key role in Pontevedra's ascent to Primera RFEF this season by netting 13 goals in 32 games. Despite receiving offers from clubs in higher divisions during the winter transfer window, he opted to remain at Pontevedra until the end of his contract. Now, he has committed to a two-year deal with Córdoba, marking him as the second addition for their upcoming campaign in LaLiga Hypermotion. At 25, Dalisson is capable of playing as a winger, attacking midfielder, or in various forward roles, and he has demonstrated his prowess in the Copa del Rey by scoring twice in four appearances against teams such as Mallorca and Villarreal. Having progressed through the youth academies of Real Valladolid and Racing de Santander, Dalisson, who hails from Maceió, Brazil, and grew up in Cantabria, joined Pontevedra in the 2023-24 season. During his tenure there, he distinguished himself by scoring 8 goals and contributing 10 assists in 39 matches, solidifying his reputation as a versatile attacker.
