According to one source, both clubs are prepared to enter negotiations with substantial salary offers. The 22-year-old, who joined Arsenal from Valencia for £13m last summer, is now valued at around £30-35m. Fenerbahce also has strong interest in the player, which industry sources confirm is legitimate. The Turkish club reportedly intends to make a significant effort to sign the player in the final days of the transfer window. However, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is said to have a high opinion of the defender and will make the final decision on any potential transfer, with a preference to persuade Mosquera to stay. Mosquera, a Spanish international with two caps, has a contract with Arsenal until 2030. Reports in April 2026 indicated the club's asking price for him was approximately €50 million.
