Rangers appear set to sign PSV Eindhoven winger Couhaib Driouech, who had also interested MLS outfit Colorado Rapids and Celta Vigo. The Glasgow club reached an €8m agreement with the Dutch side after an initial bid was rejected. Driouech has agreed to a four-year deal and is expected in Glasgow on Tuesday for medical examinations.
