Cercle Brugge is nearing an agreement to sign Charles Herrmann from Borussia Mönchengladbach to replace Alan Minda, who has departed for Brazil. According to German sources, the transfer will be a loan deal. Herrmann, a 20-year-old winger, is a German youth international who has represented his country from the U16 to the U20 level. He has so far made only two substitute appearances for Mönchengladbach's first team.
