Napoli is one of several clubs monitoring César Inga, a 23-year-old Peruvian left-back who plays for Universitario. Anderlecht, Watford, and Kansas City are also following the player, and the Belgian club has been scouting him since January. Inga has five international caps for Peru and is contracted until the end of 2027. According to Transfermarkt, he has a market value of €1.5 million.
