Guinea-Bissau international Celton Biai, 25, is moving to Excelsior from FC Dordrecht in a goalkeeper exchange that will involve Calvin Raatsie moving to FC Dordrecht. The deal involving Raatsie was subject to a last-minute attempt by NAC Breda to acquire him, which reportedly caused irritation among the other involved parties.
