Carlos Forbs is on Manchester City's shortlist for a potential return to the club where he spent a large part of his youth development. It is reported that the Portuguese winger's Champions League performances for Club Brugge have also attracted the attention of Atlético Madrid. The Portugal international is under contract until June 2029 and was acquired by Club Brugge from Ajax in July 2025 for a reported fee of €6 million plus bonuses.
