Esto Es Atleti reports that Fiorentina is an interested club for Carlos Forbs. Forbs is on a list and Fiorentina is also looking at other options. The same source reports a price tag of thirty million euros for Forbs.

Italian club Fiorentina is interested in Carlos Forbs, a 22-year-old Portuguese winger who joined Club Brugge from Ajax last summer. Club Brugge is said to be aware of the interest in the winger, who has a contract until 2029 and a market value of 20 million euro. In the 2025/2026 Jupiler Pro League season, Forbs made 37 appearances, scoring 8 goals and providing 9 assists, and he has been capped 21 times for Portugal's U21 team, scoring 5 goals. It is reported that Forbs has already rejected the interest from Fiorentina, and a move to Italy does not appear to be part of his future plans, with a departure not seeming imminent. Other clubs, including Manchester City and Atlético Madrid, have also been linked with him. A rumoured bid of €25 million was reportedly prepared by Atlético Madrid in February 2026. Club Brugge signed him for a reported €6 million in July 2025 from Ajax. Ajax had acquired him a year earlier from Manchester City for €14 million.
