According to TBRFootball, Tottenham was among a number of Premier League clubs in attendance at Deutsche Bank Park on Wednesday to watch 19-year-old Eintracht Frankfurt attacking midfielder Can Uzun, who participated as a substitute in a 5-1 Champions League loss to Liverpool. It is also said that Brighton, BlueCo, and the City Group admire the player. TBRFootball insider Graeme Bailey reported that a scout from one of the Premier League's top clubs described Uzun as being special, and added that the midfielder is a huge talent who is being monitored by every major club. A potential transfer fee for Uzun has been estimated at around half of £100 million, and this is expected to attract interest from the big clubs that are interested in him. Uzun, who has earned four caps for Türkiye and also holds German citizenship, joined Frankfurt in July 2024 and is under contract until 2029. He has recorded five goals and three assists in seven appearances in the 2025/2026 Bundesliga season, and his current market value is €45.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
