Juventus are reportedly exploring a move for Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, with the club's interest said to be genuine. According to sources close to the agents industry speaking to CaughtOffside, Fernandes is one of the attacking midfielders being considered by Juventus sporting director Frederic Massara. Reports have suggested Juventus have explored his situation with his representatives. Financing the transfer and matching his wages would be difficult, particularly if United demand a fee between €50 million and €75 million. Fernandes currently earns around £375,000 per week, and a new contract could potentially take his salary towards £400,000. His deal reportedly contains a £56 million release clause for clubs outside England. While Juventus are monitoring the situation, completing the transfer looks unrealistic unless negotiations between United and Fernandes unexpectedly collapse. The latest indications suggest his immediate future is at Old Trafford.
