Crvena zvezda has reached an agreement with Vasco da Gama for the transfer of 30-year-old Brazilian-Italian forward Bruno Duarte. The deal is for nearly 2,000,000 euros, the same amount the Serbian club paid to sign him from Farense in July 2024. The transfer was facilitated by the forward's wish to play for the club from Rio de Janeiro. ESPN has also confirmed the information. Duarte is already in Brazil and is expected to be in Rio within the next 48 hours for his medical examinations and to sign the contract. His contract with Red Star Belgrade was set to expire in June 2027. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €4.00m.
