This summer, Russian and Turkish clubs made offers for Brian Cipenga, a 28-year-old winger and DR Congo international. Almería did not consider negotiating, aware of Cipenga's forty million euro release clause. For DR Congo, he has 12 caps and 1 goal. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €3.00m.
