Brayan Medina, the left-footed central defender of CD Tondela, is being linked to OGC Nice. According to A Bola, his contract includes a release clause of 50 million euros. Tondela reportedly signed Medina in July 2025 from América de Cali for approximately 2 million euros, and América de Cali retained 30% of his transfer rights. A Bola also reports that a low offer would not be sufficient to start discussions.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Colombian defender Brayan Medina is set to leave Tondela in January. OGC Nice has made direct calls and enquiries in recent days. The 23-year-old centre-back joined Tondela in July 2025 and is under contract until 2030. He has one cap for the Colombia U23 national team. Tondela reportedly paid €2.5 million for him in July 2025, and his current market value is €2.00m, according to Transfermarkt. Anderlecht and LOSC Lille have also been linked with the player.
