Brayan Transfer from Coritiba U20 to Empoli
Forward Brayan, 19, is back with Coritiba after spending last season on loan at Italian club Empoli. The Italian side held a purchase option valued at 2 million euros for the player but ultimately decided against activating it. During his spell in Italy, Brayan played in 29 matches for Empoli's junior squad, registering seven goals and three assists, and was also named to the senior team for three Italian Championship fixtures. Upon returning, his contract with Coritiba was renewed through December 2027, including an option for one more season. The club also announced that Brayan sustained a medial collateral ligament injury in his right knee after rejoining the team this year.
