Boubakary Soumaré, a 26-year-old French midfielder, has expressed his desire to leave Leicester City. With his contract expiring in the summer, Torino want to sign the midfielder this month and are confident a deal can be completed, which is aided by the player's wish to move and his contract situation. The Turin club, which is seeking a low-cost transfer, has reportedly been told by Soumaré that he wishes to join them. It is said that negotiations are ongoing between Torino and the player's entourage for a three-and-a-half year contract. While Leicester's demands are currently unknown, Soumaré's desire to leave is expected to be an important factor in the transfer. The player has also been previously linked with AS Roma and Sevilla for a move in January or the summer.
