Hibernian are reportedly one of several Premiership clubs interested in signing North Macedonian defender Besir Iseni from KF Dukagjini. Hibernian and at least two other Premiership clubs are pursuing the 25-year-old. Iseni, a left-sided centre back who can also play at full back, is set to become a free agent at the end of June when his contract with the Kosovan team expires. He previously declined a move to Croatian club HNK Gorica in the January transfer window, choosing instead to complete the season with Dukagjini, which he joined from Albanian side KF Tirana in 2023. Iseni has made 24 appearances in the Superliga e Kosovës during the 2025/2026 season and has two caps for the North Macedonia U21 team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €225k.
