Benjamin Fredrick Transfer from Brentford U21 to RB Leipzig
Based on exclusive information from Africafoot, RB Leipzig is closely monitoring Benjamin Fredrick, which aligns with the club's recruitment policy of targeting young players with high potential. The German club is reportedly interested in adding the young Nigerian international to its squad. According to sources, RB Leipzig's sporting director contacted Brentford's management a few days ago to inquire about the 20-year-old right-back, who is on loan at FCV Dender EH in the Jupiler Pro League. The German club is said to have made a proposal of €1.5 million to sign him at the end of his loan. A 15% sell-on clause, which would be paid to Brentford in the event of a resale, is also reportedly part of the discussions.
