AIK has rejected an offer of 30 million kronor from the Saudi Arabian club Al-Ettifaq for 22-year-old Ivorian attacking midfielder Axel Kouamé, who joined the club in August 2025. The bid was very likely the final one from the Saudi club, and the player is currently expected to remain with the Stockholm club. Kouamé's current Transfermarkt market value is €900k. In the 2025/2026 Allsvenskan season, he has made 10 appearances, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
