Crystal Palace is also pursuing Arthur Avom, whose value is estimated at 20 million euros. Avom could leave Lorient, and Africafoot has exclusively confirmed that the club activated a one-year contract option to secure a transfer fee if he leaves this summer.

Arthur Avom will not be extending his contract with FC Lorient and is in his final weeks with the club. According to ex-international Cameroonian player Salomon Mbete Mezang, clubs such as Chelsea and Crystal Palace are interested and are offering improved salary conditions. The 21-year-old midfielder has made 20 appearances in Ligue 1 this season, with one assist.
