Intermediaries have made enquiries with Udinese for 23-year-old French midfielder Arthur Atta. Brighton is one of several Premier League clubs interested in the player. Bournemouth and Newcastle are also reportedly preparing offers of around 30 million euros to convince the Italian club to sell. Udinese had previously been firm in their desire to keep the player and rejected a 20 million euro proposal from Fulham in January. Atta, who has been capped six times by France at U20 level, is under contract until June 2029 and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €15 million. Recent reports from May 2026 state Udinese's asking price is a base of €40 million. The club reportedly paid €8 million to sign him from Metz in July 2025.
