Galatasaray has submitted an offer for Arbër Hoxha, a 27-year-old Albanian winger. According to reports, Dinamo Zagreb is not currently considering a transfer because the club views Hoxha as a very important player. A compelling offer could still alter the situation, but Hoxha currently remains a Dinamo player.
