Anthony Pavlešić Transfer from Bayern München II to Rudeš
Anthony Pavlešić is set to depart Bayern München for Rudeš, as confirmed by Bayern on their official website. The negotiations for this transfer began last November when Rudeš officials visited Bayern. This decision comes after Anthony opted to represent Croatia's national team in May, having previously played for Australia's youth teams. The 19-year-old, who was born in Australia but is of Croatian descent, joined Bayern in 2023 from Central Coast Mariners and made 33 appearances for their amateur and U19 teams. Since his switch to Croatia, he has appeared twice for their U21 team under Ivica Olić, facing Qatar's U23 and Sweden's U21 teams. Anthony's father, Stiven Pavlešić, noted that Josip Šimunić had asked about Anthony's potential move to Rudeš, and despite Rudeš not being in the top league, an agreement was eventually reached. Rudeš stated that Anthony's transfer resulted from successful discussions initiated during their November visit to Bayern, which also included conversations about future transfers.
