Angus Gunn, a 30-year-old goalkeeper with 25 caps for Scotland, is in talks with the MLS side San Jose Earthquakes following his release from Nottingham Forest. A move for the Scotland international had also been linked to Celtic and Rangers, but a transfer was viewed as improbable because of perceived limitations with his feet.
