Andreas Schjelderup Transfer from Benfica to Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham are monitoring Benfica's 22-year-old Norwegian winger Andreas Schjelderup, who is attracting interest from across Europe. In England, Liverpool are also following the player. It is reported that Atletico Madrid in Spain, along with Milan and Como in Italy, are also evaluating his profile. Benfica's Manuel Rui Costa is said to value the winger at around 30 million euros, although some reports in June 2026 state the club requires a minimum of €40 million. Previously, during the January window, Club Brugge was reportedly close to a 15 million euro deal before José Mourinho decided to remove the player from the market. Schjelderup has 14 caps and one goal for Norway. He joined Benfica in January 2023 for €14 million and is under contract until June 2028. In the 2025/2026 Liga Portugal season, he scored 7 goals and provided 6 assists in 28 appearances.
