PSV intends to renegotiate and improve the contract of 17-year-old Moroccan-Dutch winger Amir Bouhamdi. The club has significant confidence in the player's development, and he is expected to join the A-selection again this coming summer after having been involved with them earlier in the year. Bouhamdi, whose current deal runs until the summer of 2028, has attracted interest from many clubs. The Eindhovens Dagblad also noted that he has convinced top scouts of his abilities during UEFA Youth League matches. PSV hopes to sign him to a new contract for up to five years once he turns 18, because minors are currently restricted to signing deals for a maximum of three years.
