Sport.fr reports that coach Roberto De Zerbi has personally insisted on the arrival of Maamar to sporting director Pablo Longoria. The Italian coach finds him an excellent fit for his system and sees the young Moroccan as an interesting option for the future. Maamar is under contract with Anderlecht until mid-2028, giving RSCA a strong negotiating position.
