He has joined on loan from Lanús with an option to buy and is the club's ninth addition for the tournament. The 21-year-old Argentinian winger was signed near the end of the transfer window to replace Ramiro Ruiz Rodríguez, who will be out for several weeks as he requires surgery for a ruptured meniscus. The team, which is led by Hugo Colace, required a player with similar characteristics. It was reported that before the deal was finalized, Segovia had agreed to join Central Córdoba and was announced as a new signing, but that transfer did not proceed because of economic issues.
