Bayer Leverkusen is considering Álex Valle from Como 1907 in their search for a successor to Alejandro Grimaldo, who is moving to Atlético Madrid. The 22-year-old Spanish U21 international was trained at FC Barcelona. A transfer for the left-footed player would cost around 20 million euros, a fee similar to that of another reported target, Arsène Kouassi from FC Lorient. The pursuit of Raphaël Guerreiro appears to have diminished. Valle joined Como in July 2025 and made 43 appearances in Serie A last season, contributing one goal and four assists. His contract with the Italian club runs until 2029, and his current Transfermarkt market value is listed at €12.00m.
