Spezia and the Italo-Romanian centre-forward Alessandro Chira, who was born in 2009, have reached an agreement for a two-year extension to his contract that was due to expire in 2027. Despite the renewal, Chira, who is a member of the Romanian youth national teams, will transfer to Parma on a loan that includes an option to buy. He will join Parma's Primavera team for the upcoming season, and the signatures on the deal are expected to be completed by the weekend.
